Special Condition Body Corporate Pet Approval

Special Condition Body Corporate Pet Approval

A Special Condition Body Corporate Pet Approval is needed if you are considering purchasing a property as part of a community titles scheme and would like to know if you can bring your pet with you.

We all love our cats and dogs but a Body Corporate managing an apartment complex usually have rules relating to pets.

To make sure you can bring your pampered pooch with you then an application to the Body Corporate will need to be made. This clause allows a buyer to make that request prior to the contract becoming unconditional.

This way, you can avoid any issues after the property has settled where you may not be able to have your furry companion move in with you.
